About

Mike Quinn is a New York–based attorney.

For more than a decade, he has advised clients looking to build work that goes beyond economic security, shaping projects with cultural, civic, and social impact. His work has been chronicled in books, film, and national publications (Raising Lazarus, All the Beauty and the Bloodshed, The New Republic, The Wall Street Journal).

Before the Supreme Court

In Harrington v. Purdue Pharma, Quinn represented the only individual before the U.S. Supreme Court, challenging the legal architecture that enabled Purdue and the Sacklers to evade accountability. His briefing advanced a structural critique of how institutional power suppresses individual rights, and the Court’s decision reaffirmed the central place of the individual voice in our legal system.
